If you weren’t able to make our Vegan Night out on Feburary 28th at Farside Bistro, you missed an amazing spread!
Here is just a sampling of what Golab and Hojat prepared for us.
We started with a trio of hummus, spicy hummus, and baba ganoush coupled with fragrant dolmas. Our next course included the Persian-Style Pasta, Saffron Basmati Rice, Dill Basmati rice, Gourmet Sabzi with Mushrooms (not pictured), and Gheime Bademjan (not pitcured).
We finished our meal with Almond Halvah.
I’d also like to give out a big CONGRATULATIONS to our hosts, Golab and Hojat on their recent US citizenship!
